Cinema City
A collection of 150 private residences centered around a resorted 1930 pavilion where masterpieces of Georgian cinema were created.
A New Heritage Project By Next
Once the main shooting pavilion of the first Georgian Film Studio, this historic building stood at the heart of Georgia’s golden era of cinema for nearly 80 years — bringing together the country’s leading directors, actors, and creative talents.
Cinema City by NEXT reimagines this cultural landmark as a limited residential destination. A new contemporary structure will stand beside the preserved monument, creating a rare address shaped by architectural contrast, cultural memory, and a legacy that cannot be repeated.
A Landmark Reborn
01
Recognized as a cultural heritage monument, the historic shooting pavilion will be carefully rehabilitated and fully preserved as an integral part of Cinema City, taking on a new contemporary role as a multifunctional cultural and lifestyle space.
