Archi and NEXT opened joint office in Warsaw, Poland
Georgia's leading development company Archi and the international development brand NEXT have officially opened a joint sales office in Warsaw. The new space is located in one of Warsaw's most prestigious business districts, The Warsaw HUB. This center - which houses regional offices of global companies, including Google - is one of Poland's most important business hubs and a strategic location for companies pursuing international expansion.
The official opening was attended by the companies' leadership along with representatives of Georgia's diplomatic mission, partners, international investors, and members of the Polish business community. Among the guests was Georgia's Ambassador to the Republic of Poland.
The Polish office was officially opened by Archi's General Director, Shio Khetsuriani, and NEXT's Executive Director, Sofio Chelidze, together with members of the companies' management teams. As part of the event, they spoke about the company's long-term vision for the Polish market and highlighted the growing investment opportunities in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
The new Warsaw office will serve as a regional hub for investors interested in premium-class residential and hotel projects in Georgia. The office will offer clients local consulting services, investment support, and direct access to the latest projects from Archi and NEXT.
Archi is Georgia's leading development company, holding approximately 20% of the country's real estate market. Archi was the first developer in Georgia to introduce a large-scale master-development concept. Founded in 2006 by Ilia Tsulaia and his partners, the company has completed more than 55 projects and brings together over 70,000 residents and investors from 30 countries. In recent years, Archi has begun expanding internationally, presenting projects on global markets, including in Florida, USA. For NEXT, the opening of the Warsaw office marks another important milestone in the company's international development strategy. It is the company's third international office, after Dubai and Kenya.
Speaking at the event, NEXT's Executive Director Sofio Chelidze said: "Today is an important milestone for NEXT, as we once again confirm our growth as an international brand. This is already our third international office, following successful operations in Dubai and Kenya. Together with our headquarters in Tbilisi and Batumi, we now operate across three continents."
To date, NEXT has more than 1,000,000 square meters of real estate built and under development across various global markets, while the value of assets under the company's management exceeds $1.2 billion. The company serves investors from more than 65 countries, and its international sales team provides consultation in seven languages, including Polish — making communication and service for clients in different markets even more effective.
Speaking at the event, Georgia's Ambassador to Poland, Diana Zhghenti, focused on Georgia as an attractive investment destination, noting: "The opening of this office is direct confirmation that Polish investors' interest in Georgia's real estate market is steadily growing. Georgia has already firmly established itself as one of the region's most attractive investment hubs, offering businesses a liberal economic environment and a favorable, strategic location at the crossroads of Europe and Asia. The impressive economic growth recorded in recent years is a clear illustration of this: in 2024 the figure reached 9%, and in 2025, 7.5%. These figures further reinforce Georgia's position as one of the most promising and reliable locations for international capital."
