NEXT Property Joins the European Business Association
NEXT Property has officially joined the European Business Association (EBA), strengthening its connection to an international network committed to collaboration, innovation and sustainable business growth.
The new membership was marked at EBA Back Together - Executive Reception & Season Launch, co-hosted by NEXT at the Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace. The event brought together EBA members, regional partners and international business leaders to strengthen professional relationships and explore future opportunities.
From its first project in Batumi, NEXT has grown into an international developer operating across Georgia, the UAE, Kenya and Spain. Its portfolio now includes more than 6,000 hotel rooms and branded apartments, with investors from 65 countries.
Through its EBA membership, NEXT looks forward to developing new partnerships, exchanging expertise and contributing to initiatives that strengthen Georgia’s international business environment.
