NEXT Unveils Two New Heritage-Inspired Projects: Cinema City and NEU Tbilisi
On October 1, the international development brand NEXT hosted a private evening in the historic pavilion of the Georgian Film studio, where it officially unveiled two new large-scale projects from its cultural-heritage-inspired line: Cinema City and NEU Tbilisi.
The large-scale event was held in a distinctive, theatrical format. Guests from a range of fields attended the evening, including business leaders, representatives of the diplomatic corps, members of the government and well-known Georgian actors.
According to NEXT representatives, the unconventional format and creative approach of the presentation were chosen to reflect the character of the projects. For that reason, particular attention was paid to the theatrical performances and the musical program.
With the participation of renowned actors, scenes from the golden collection of Georgian cinema and from the history of NEU Tbilisi were brought to life, revealing a unique link between the past and the present. The musical program was especially memorable: compositions performed by Nika Nikvashvili's orchestra and Nataliko Kutateladze earned particular acclaim from the audience.
The culmination of the evening was the presentation of NEXT's new line – a leading direction in global real estate that encompasses projects inspired by the conservation of cultural heritage and aims to breathe new life into the capital's cultural and architectural legacy.

Archil Sologhashvili and Gvantsa Daraselia presented the concept of Cinema City and NEU Tbilisi to the guests in detail, introducing the audience to the history of these spaces, their architectural vision and their development directions. Cinema City combines the unique heritage of the film studio with contemporary residential space and a new center of attraction for the city, while NEU Tbilisi turns a vision of future urban development into reality in the historic setting of Chugureti.
The event was also broadcast live on the big screen at the Philharmonic, where residents had the opportunity to follow the proceedings in real time.
At the close of the event, the company announced significant news: pre-sales for the NEU Tbilisi project have officially begun. Under special terms and a special offer, only 26 apartments have been released at this stage.
The event once again clearly demonstrated NEXT's philosophy as a global brand – preserving historical heritage through innovative approaches, organically integrating spaces of great significance into modern life, and shaping the city's future with respect for its past.
