Next Co-Organizes Georgia's First International Real Estate Forum

Georgia's first international real estate forum brought over 100 brokers and investors from the UAE to explore the country's dynamic real estate landscape, with Next serving as co-organizer. This landmark three-day event marked a pivotal moment in positioning Georgia as a premier destination for international real estate investment.

Alongside the Business Association of Georgia, Archi, Biograpi Living, and Invest In Georgia, Next played a central role in curating an immersive experience that went beyond conventional presentations.

The first day included Next's comprehensive presentation establishing Georgia's investment case – favorable regulatory environment, competitive taxation, and compelling growth fundamentals. Guests then experienced Tbilisi's architectural evolution firsthand through a curated city tour, witnessing the transformation from historical districts to modern developments that meet international standards. A gala dinner concluded the day, fostering initial connections and conversations.
The second day brought government validation at the highest level. Prime Minister’s opening remarks signaled national commitment to real estate sector development, while panel discussions featuring Next's founder alongside industry leaders addressed investor questions on regulatory frameworks, market dynamics, and realistic opportunities.

Independent market research presented by leading financial institutions provided third-party credibility. Throughout, networking sessions transformed formal introductions into meaningful working relationships.
On the final day, Next opened Tbilisi Oriental by Next and Next Downtown developments to guests, offering transparent access to construction quality, architectural vision, and development execution. These site visits allowed guests to evaluate our work directly – walking through completed spaces, examining materials and finishes, discussing timelines and yields. The program concluded at our office, where deeper conversations about partnership structures and future opportunities took place.
Next's role in bringing together international investors, government officials, and industry leaders established our position as a key partner in Georgia's real estate growth – building not just projects, but Georgia's future as an investment destination.
