Batumi is becoming even more connected to the region. FLYONE Armenia has officially launched direct flights between Yerevan and Batumi, creating a faster and more convenient connection between Armenia and Georgia’s coastal city. Flights started operating from May 25, 2026, and are available three times a week - every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
The new route makes Batumi more accessible for Armenian travelers looking for holidays, business opportunities, and long-term stays by the Black Sea. The direct flight takes around one hour, making Batumi one of the easiest seaside destinations to reach from Yerevan.
As Batumi continues to attract international visitors and property buyers, improved air connectivity plays an important role in the city’s growth. New direct routes increase tourism flow, strengthen regional business connections, and support the rising demand for modern residences and hospitality projects.
For investors and buyers, this is another positive step for Batumi’s real estate market. Areas such as the New Boulevard, Green Cape, Gonio, and Old Batumi continue to grow in popularity thanks to ongoing infrastructure development, international hotel brands, and increasing international accessibility.
AtNext Property, we continue to develop projects designed for both modern living and long-term value in Batumi’s most attractive locations, from branded residences and multifunctional complexes to resort-style developments by the sea.
The launch of the Yerevan-Batumi route once again highlights Batumi’s growing position as one of the region’s most dynamic coastal destinations.
